At Pig Out on the Fly Catering, all of our delicious meats are smoked over cherry and hickory woods that we have hand selected.

We have created our own blends of spice rubs and barbeque sauce to compliment all of our smoked and grilled meats.

Our sides are all made "from scratch" from recipes that have been tried and true over the years.
